Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. Most orders ship within 2 or 3 working days of purchase. However, shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders will not be delivered on the weekends or federal holidays. All orders include tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by DHL + UPS Mail Service.
RETURNS
If you would like to return your purchase for exchange or refund, please send an email to office@norton-fashion.at
You have 7 days from the reception of your order to exchange or return your purchase.
We only accept returned items new and unused and in our original packaging.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Within a period of 14 working days from the moment we received your package, the refund will be arranged.
The refund will be made through PayPal or money transfer and does not include shipping costs.
Please make sure that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost on the way.
Cost of Return Shippings are on behalf of the customer, unless the parties have agreed upon otherwise.
